Great fitness, great food, great friends!
Home » Ride Reminders » Riding from Warkworth – Tuesday, July 13
Gail is our host for Tuesday’s ride. We’ll be following the Warkworth Wanderer route which has 53 or 35 kilometre options.
Meet on Main Street as you come into town. Picnic will follow.
Assuming that I get my road bike back together today, I shall be there. Will there be a prize for the fastest descent of Covert Hill Rd.?
We will be there, weather permitting.
I will be in Kingston for a few days with friends. Have a great ride. Sorry to be missing it, Gail.
Weather permitting we shall ride. Pity it wasn’t today!
yes Brian we will think of a prize for you if you win the descent on Covert hope you get your bike back in time for Parking – we could park at the Millennium Lilac Trail unless someone knows of a better location. hope weather holds
Bike is good to go and the chance of showers is low so I will be there. BTW, the LIlac Trail is on C.R. 29 (Main Street) about 1 km east of Downtown on the right (south side). Pretty hard to miss! However, we are a little late for the lilacs😀 There is a nice shelter Beside the creek.
The Millennium Lilac Trail would be a great site to meet, Gail. John and I parked there for a RV picnic and it was really lovely with lots of parking. If people want to just google it there is a good map.
awesome Barb, thanks BTW the Millennium is on Main Street
I will be there.
Hopefully Richard and I will be riding.
Plan to be there….Paul
Love to be there but I’ll be busy hiking the trails in the rain with my grand kids at Grundy Provincial Park. Have a great ride.
Sounds like you are having fun 😀However, it is a beautiful park.
Great ride today Gail! AND we dodged the rain. We are intrepid!
